Our service center is equipped with all the devices, tools and spare parts necessary for commissioning, maintenance and repair works for our clients.

Maintenance is performed by qualified service engineers, trained at Teksan training centers; they come in a car with full set of special tools and diagnostic equipment.

Insufficient amateurish maintenance will lead to:

Stoppages of the equipment;
Manufacturing and financial losses;
Lower quality of production;
Lower profit;
Increased energy consumption.

To save our clients from these problems, we have created a service department which will provide for stable work of our electric power set 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

We offer the following services:

Start-up and commissioning works, installation supervision;
Warranty maintenance and repair;
Post-warranty service;
Pre project survey of the facility;
Scheduled survey of the equipment during operation time;
Routine maintenance of the equipment;
Spare parts and fittings supply;
Training of the client’s employees in the work with the equipment;
Training and certification of the specialists from regional service centers of Eurodiesel.

We offer a set of programs of maintenance and repair that include guaranteed terms of reaction for troubleshooting and access to a service engineer 24 hours a day.

Each program is designed for specific needs of our clients and their equipment. Maintenance programs include full or partial works related to operation of your power station; this will allow you to concentrate on your main business activity.

We run various training programs right on the premises of the manufacturer; it is also possible to organize a training program on your facilities.
