Main areas of use of co-generation units

Mini heat power plants can be successfully used in housing and utilities sector of Ukraine, where the existing power plants are old and worn, and therefore ineffective and unsafe. The cost of electric and heat power is growing, and that adds to the problem. Besides, the costs of connection to central electric and heat power networks combined with the lack of capacity for new users makes mini HPP the only viable solution for new apartment buildings, cottage villages, shopping and entertainment centers, etc.

 What are the main benefits of gas mini power stations?

First, combined production of heat and electricity which makes them very efficient. Second, low running costs of gas mini power stations. Third, ecological friendliness due to low level of emissions, which makes it possible to instal these stations in the middle of populated areas and even in hospitals and resorts. And, forth, high level of safety.

To provide for energy supply to housing and utilities sector we offer solutions based on gas piston generators or on gas turbine units mounted in the capital or prefabricated buildings that will work in cogeneration or trigeneration mode. Such unit can use natural gas from the main network that has high quality and does not need additional purification.

Such energy center must also include systems of fuel gas reduction and heat utilization, as well as regular switchboard for 6,3 or 0,4 kW.
