Heat utilization system
Gas piston generating unit converts chemical energy of the fuel into electric power with 40% efficiency. Remaining 60% of energy is converted into heat which can be utilized by heat exchange system and transferred to the end user or used to produce cold for ventilation and air conditioning.
To produce the required amount of heat/cold we can offer various technical solutions to build a system of heat utilization from gas piston generator units; these systems can produce heat in a range from +90 to +150 C and higher and cold in a temperature range of +2-+5 C with or without use of peak sources of heat/cold.
In the most general case, system of heat utilization from gas piston generator unit uses heat from the engine cooling jacket and exhaust gases of the unit.
Heat utilization system consists of:
Waste heat boiler for exhaust gases;
Waste heat exchanger for the cooling jacket of the engine;
Emergency radiator of the gas piston generator unit;
Fittings, pipes and pumps;
Software and hardware of heat utilization system.
Waste heat boiler:
Waste heat boiler is gas-liquid heat exchanger with intensified heat exchange process. It is mounted with bypass and automatics; it is used to utilize heat from exhaust gases.
Water-water waste heat exchanger:

Water-water waste heat exchanger is a plate heat exchanger; it is used to transfer heat from the internal cooling circuit to the water network of the use
