Agraferm aims at becoming one of the most important and valued producers of biogas technology worldwide. To achieve this objective, Agraferm founders relied on their specialist know-how that they have acquired during twenty years of experience in the sectors production of biogas from renewable raw materials, organic waste (household) and industrial waste and put at Agraferm AG disposal.

Dry fermantation proposed by Agraferm has been specifically developed for treatment of energy-producing plants (renewable raw materials) with no addition of sludge, and without previosly mixing the input with liquids. Agraferm produces six models with power between 180 kW and 2000 kW. All Agraferm plants are standardized and modular. Plant standardization guarantees a smooth installation and operation, because all inferfaces ensure an optimized harmonization.

Plants with higher performances ard designed individually.

The construction of main plant components, such as fermenter mixer (two vertical lade stirrers), pumps, valves, electrical engineering, and process control is the same for all plants.

Components

Agraferm plants consist of top quality components, which are particularly reliable and easy to maintain, due to Agraferm long-term construction and biogas system management experience.
Concrete tanks are particularly resistant to sulphate, and are made with perfabricated items used for construction. This ensures that concrete quality does not change in time, and plants can be quickly installed directly on site.
Additionally, plants are provided with leakage monitoring systems.
Gas tanks are provided with a high-resistance double membrane, which adapts itself to gas volume, and reduces the emission of bad odours to the minimum. The process control system with user-friendly display and automatic registration ensures the best process conditions.
The other components, such as mixer, pumps and solid registration have been proven as very durable in long-term relationships and can be easily maintained.
